We offer one-to-one support through our telephone peer support service, and group support through teleconference support calls.

If you're going through a difficult time living with polycystic kidney disease (PKD) or experiencing a period of change, it's sometimes helps to talk to someone who understands how you feel.
We can match you with one of our trained volunteers who will phone you for a chat on a regular basis. You will decide what you want to talk about. The volunteer will provide support and companionship and tell you about services and activities that could benefit you.
If you would like to find out more email our Community Support Manager or call 0300 111 1234
We hold regular group teleconference calls on PKD topics for up to 6 people. These are hosted by a professional, and two trained volunteers with lived experience of the subject. You simply dial a freephone number, listen to others’ experiences and ask questions from the comfort of your home.
Dates of the teleconferences are posted on the Events page. You need to register for these calls using the link on the event page and the call details are sent out on the day of the call. The call is FREE to you regardless of whether you call from mobile or landline.
