Join our Low Clearance support group for an informal meeting to chat about all the things you are experiencing.

PKD Connect gives anyone affected by Polycystic Kidney Disease the chance to chat, share moments of joy, and frustration in an informal, friendly meetup.

This PKD Connect support group is specifically for those who have low kidney function and may be having conversation about transplantation or dialysis choices with their kidney team.

Everyone is welcome no matter what the issue.  You don't need to prepare and there's no pressure to share anything at all - it's fine to come along and just be amongst people who understand!

This event is for anyone living in the UK, so you’ll have more than PKD in common! It’s free and easy to attend via Zoom.
