Build strength, knowledge and confidence through a progressive exercise/renal rehab programme incorporating movement & education.
Kings College Hospital, with funding from the PKD Charity and Kidney Research UK, has developed this programme for all people living with polycystic kidney disease.
The sessions have been designed by clinical specialists who are highly experienced in supporting people with kidney disease to be physically active.
Starting with 3 short introductory sessions on why it is important to be active with PKD, follow this programme as it then guides you through weekly movement and education sessions.
All sessions are 'on-demand', so you can do them at your own pace.
If you are new to Kidney Beam, you will need to create a free account first.
