When you make a donation via bank transfer, please include your name as a reference and, if possible, email to let us know that you have made the donation so we can thank you.

If you would like to make a donation by cheque, please make it payable to ‘PKD Charity’ and pop it in the post to:

Please include a note with your details so we can thank you for the kind donation.

If you would like us to claim Gift Aid on your donation, please download a Gift Form and send the completed form to us along with your cheque or complete an online Gift Aid declaration.

Gift Aid

Gift Aid is a government scheme that allows us to reclaim the basic rate tax you pay as a UK taxpayer.

It means that we can claim 25p of tax for every £1 you donate at no extra cost to you. All you need to do is make a Gift Aid declaration. 

You are eligible to sign up to the Gift Aid scheme if:

  • You are a UK taxpayer (this includes paying income tax on your salary or pension and Capital Gains tax)
  • You currently pay more tax each year than the amount you donate to charity.
